Joy is a practice.
Revery was designed by experienced facilitator and coach Erica O’Donnell, as an antidote to digital overload, hustle culture, and the growing epidemic of loneliness. The practice is rooted in the belief that joy, spaciousness, and community are essential to how we think, connect, and live well. It is also grounded in the transformative power of nature to support mental, emotional, and physical well-being
In an increasingly online world, it’s more important than ever to find the people, practices, and perspectives that help us move forward.
Erica O’Donnell is a facilitator, coach, and experience designer who helps people create space to think more clearly, connect more meaningfully, and move through change with greater intention.
Over the past two decades, Erica has worked with organizations, leaders, and communities across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. She has guided conversations, shaped experiences, and helped diverse groups navigate complexity together. Her work has now deliberately evolved from pure digital strategy and user experience design at Good Seed Digital, to Revery: a more human-centred practice with a focus on movement, reflection, collaboration, and connection.
Through Revery, Erica now designs thoughtful experiences that help people mark important transitions, and better understand their relationship with themselves, with others, and with the world around them.
Known for her playful but calm presence, thoughtful questions, and her ability to help people feel both grounded and energized, Erica's approach blends structure with spaciousness, curiosity with clarity, and strategy with the intentional practice of joy.
Revery exists to create well-held spaces so people can step out of the noise, reconnect to what matters, and move forward with greater alignment and purpose.
In Erica’s words: "Revery offers structured, low-pressure spaces for real conversation and belonging. Turns out, a good walk and the right questions can change quite a lot!"
