The Walkie Talkie

A lightly facilitated walk with just enough structure to get past small talk—and into the conversations that actually feel good to have.

  • We’ll open with a simple check-in, move through a few thoughtful prompts, and give space for both one-on-one and group connection.

  • No pressure. No oversharing required. Just better conversations, in motion.

Best for: New members, connectors, curious people

Walk Types ✹

The Saunter Squad

This is your permission slip to slow down. A quieter, more reflective walk for those who want to ease into connection—without needing to be “on.”

  • Expect gentle prompts, spacious conversation, and moments of just… walking.

  • Come as you are. Leave a little more grounded.

Best for: Low energy days, introverts, nervous system reset

In Transition

For anyone in the middle of something. A change. A question. A quiet turning point. This walk creates space to reflect, share (if you want), and hear from others who are also navigating something—big or small.

  • Structured enough to hold you. Light enough to not feel heavy.

  • You don’t need a perfect way to explain where you are. Just show up.

Best for: Life transitions, decision-making, feeling in-between

Happy Hour

A soft landing at the end of the day to reflect on what we’re carrying, and gently reset before heading back into the evening.

  • Simple prompts.

  • Slower pace.

  • A natural close.

  • Think of it as a transition between “doing” and “being.”

Best for: Transitioning from work to personal time, decompression, solo joiners

The Out Of Office

A 45-minute walk designed to interrupt your workday in the best way.

  • We meet downtown, step outside, and take a guided route through the city.

  • Expect light conversation, optional prompts, and the occasional pause to notice something you’d normally walk past – public art, architecture, small details, pieces of the city’s story.

  • Come solo or bring a colleague.

  • No need to overthink it. You’ll head back clearer, lighter, and slightly more human.

Best for: Busy workdays, professionals, quick resets, trying it out for the first time

The Groove Walk

A no-pressure, shared-experience format, this walk is set to a shared soundtrack.

  • Everyone brings headphones. You press play on a curated playlist. We move together – sometimes in sync, sometimes in our own world.

  • No need to make conversation. No pressure to perform. Just music, movement, and the quiet connection of a shared experience.

  • There may be moments to reflect, but mostly, this is about feeling something together without needing to say it out loud.

Best for: Solo joiners, music lovers, low-social-energy days, emotional resets

Walk & Roll Accessible Walks

NOTE: this is not a distinct walk, but a descriptor for certain routes / events

These walks are designed so more people can take part – whether you’re walking, rolling, or moving at your own pace.

  • We choose routes with smooth pathways, minimal barriers, and places to pause.

  • The pace is steady and unhurried, with space for conversation, quiet, and simply being alongside others.

  • Light prompts are offered, always optional. You can engage as much or as little as you like.

  • Come as you are. Move how you move. We’ll meet you there.

Best for: Folks using mobility aids, those recovering from injury or anyone who prefers a slower, more accessible pace
